DeMolay to honor three
Three persons will be invested with high honors tonight at the Galveston Masonic Temple. Harrold Ken Henck Jr. and Joseph Wetheral Musick will be invested with the Degree of Chevalier and John Edward Musick will receive the Cross of Honor during the 7:30 p.m. ceremonies. The Degree of Chevalier is awarded by the International Supreme Council of the Order of DeMolay in Kansas City for "distinguished DeMolay service" by those who have been members in good standing for at least two years. The Cross of Honor is given to a DeMolay advisor in recognition of meritorious service to a DeMolay chapter and for exceptional and outstanding efforts in behalf of the Order of DeMolay. Henck has been active with the Galveston DeMolay
Chapter since 1979. He is a past master councilor and has earned the PMC's Meritorious Service Award. He also is state chancellor of the Texas Council of Representative DeMolays and recently was elected area master councilor of the Gulf Coast Area DeMolay Association for 1982-83. The area includes all DeMolay chapters in the greater Houston area. Joseph Musick has served the Galveston DeMolay since 1976. He also holds the Past Master Councilor's Meritorious Award and is currently serving as the illustrious knight commander of the Houston Priory of the Order of Knighthood. Musick recently was elected for a second term as the deputy state master coun-

cilor for District 52, which includes all DeMolay chapters in Brazoria and Galveston counties. John Musick has been a member of the Galveston DeMolay Chapter's Advisory Board since 1973, during which time has served as the chapter dad and as chairman of the board. He is also a past worshipful master of Harmony Lodge No. 6 A.F.&A.M., which sponsors the Galveston DeMolay Chapter. The Chevalier will be invested
by members of the Gulf Coast Area Court of Chevaliers. The Cross of Honor will be invested by councilors of the chapter. Following the investiture ceremonies, a reception will be held.
